Is this too much for a 16-year old? Is Diddy showing off for himself? or for his son?

Hip Hop mogul known as "P. Diddy" gave his son a "Mayback" vehicle (ultra luxury by Daimler ( parent of Mercedes Benz) which cost $360,000.00. And his son can’t even drive yet.
Granted Diddy is worth an awful lot, and I am sure his son is a jewel.
I’m just wondering though, if "P Diddy" put away anywhere near that to cover his son’s college education. Yes, he’s rich. But anything can happen….Hip Hop may not be around forever…..
What do you think?

I think its pretty dumb, and confirmation that society has truly become dwarfed by a materialistic shadow of its former self; with its secularist infatuations and disgusting glorification of wealth.

It’s his money, he can do what he wants with it..but yeah I think he’s showing off.
The car is going to get wrecked anyway sooner or later. If I were rich enough to do that I wouldn’t, I’d just buy my son a freakin’ Honda and let him learn to appreciate money.

I do think that buying a Mayback was a bit much, but if he really wants his son to have the best, so be it. He’s not spending anymore then many people on that "Sweet 16" show…in fact, I’ve seen episodes where the parent/s are lavishing the kids with goodies & they are actually complaining & disrespectful to their parents…like THEY make money!! Almost every multi-millionaire shows off…..I’m willing to bet that his college education is covered.

well That’s his son and his hard earned money if he wants to buy his son that type luxury then that’s his and his son’s Business.money can buy anything but when it comes down to helping the poor then that’s a different story it is being selfish/showing off.
