Which company provides all the relevant GPS tracking, locating and controlling of Daimler AG Car2Go System?

I would like to know more about the tracking, locating, smart chip and everything related to technology that enable users and Car2Go agents to know the whereabouts of the cars, lock the car, know the car is vacant or not, open the glove-box, PIN number system and everything that is essential to function the Daimler AG Car2Go system. Please furnish me the information to this kind of service provider, e.g.: the company that provide such service or install this kind of product… Thank you.
